See the first official photo of the all-female Ocean’s 8

Can you imagine getting on a New York City subway and being greeted by this sight? Here we have the very first image of Ocean’s 8, a spinoff from the Ocean’s trilogy and one with an all-female lineup.

The photo gives the first official look at our new gang of master thieves: Sandra Bullock plays Debbie Ocean (giving more credence to the internet rumor that her character is the sister of George Clooney’s Danny Ocean); Cate Blanchett is Lou; Rihanna plays Nine Ball; Mindy Kaling is Amita; Awkwafina stars as Constance; Helena-Bonham Carter is Rose; Anne Hathaway is Daphne Kluger; and Sarah Paulson stars as Tammy.

We don’t know too much yet about the plot of the film but we do know that this group will attempt to pull off the heist of the century (so many of these!) at the famed and fancy Met Gala — Vogue’s Anna Wintour, designers Alexander Wang and Zac Posen, and Vanity Fair‘s Derek Blasberg are all said to have cameos. Richard Armitage will also have a role in the film, and there’s talk of some other familiar faces from the franchise popping up as well.

All will apparently be revealed when Ocean’s 8 hits theaters on June 8, 2018.
