Hear a clip of John Legend and Ariana Grande's 'Beauty and the Beast' duet

In Disney's newest trailer for Beauty and the Beast, we see plenty of new sights and a whole lot of fresh sounds from the new live-action film. In particular, fans get a first listen to John Legend and Ariana Grande's version of the titular song.

We were both a little scared ... and unprepared to hear how great the singers sound together in the tune about a "tale as old as time."

The theme song, sung by Angela Lansbury in the animated film and by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson on the soundtrack, plays about a minute-and-a-half into the final trailer for Beauty and the Beast.

But before Legend and Grande's voices kick in, the trailer gives us a glimpse of Belle (Emma Watson) carrying books around her quaint village, Gaston (Luke Evans) admiring his own reflection, Beast (Dan Stevens) protecting Belle from wolves and  and the castle's servants — Maurice (Kevin Kline), Mrs. Potts (Emma Thompson), Lumiere (Ewan McGregor), Cogsworth (Ian McKellan), Le Fou (Josh Gad) —​ bonding with Belle. .

Beauty and the Beast arrives in theaters March 17.
